From the evening of April 4th, our guests will be able to choose from the updated menu, which will include Colette classics such as pulpo with veal head jus as well as exciting new creations such as suckling pig with fennel, grapefruit and churro fries. This 5-course menu consists of new creations that Tim Raue has personally selected and recommends in the following order. Let us take you to new realms of taste - we will also be happy to advise you on the wine accompaniment.

Menu Beef Wellington

The place of our classic menu "Colette Classique" has temporarily been taken by a new menu for 2 people on our current menu: In this extraordinary 4-course menu, a fillet of beef Wellington with morel duxelle & port wine jus awaits you as the main course. Before that, try the prawn Marocai with rose & lychee, followed by our popular pulpo with veal head jus, Jerusalem artichoke & pear - and delicious macarons for dessert.

The new "Menu Colette Vegan" enchants starting in April with its springtime selection of plant-based dishes. A must for all lovers of vegan cuisine.
